Photo Shop is Amazing!

My friend Heidi, who I study Greek with, is a professional photographer. She saw the pic I used for the business cards I got printed for the writers’ conference and she lovingly blew up on me.

I’m not one who likes to have my pic taken. I don’t feel I look good now, especially since I feel like such an elephant. I knew I couldn’t afford her work, and I didn’t want to presume that friendship would translate into free pictures.

Heidi scolded me. Today Heidi took my picture. She’s good. And Photo Shop is amazing. I now understand “air brushing.” She even “tweezed” my eyebrows for me. LOL.

I got a couple shots in color and black and white. She even “fuzzied” one up–it looks like a glam shot.

So this is me. Prettied up. I’m still not pleased with my girth, but she actually made me feel pretty.
