Bottoms up.

It’s funny how when something happens to the bottoms of your feet how disorienting it is. When I was a freshman in college, I bruised the bottoms of my feet in some unknown way, although I’m told I was running around with no shoes. This past weekend I sat outside and enjoyed the night with some friends and now I have mosquito bites on the bottoms of both of my feet. Although these are not the itchiest of the bites currently lining my feet, they actually hurt to walk on. Again, how the hell did they get to the bottoms of my feet? I also would like to know how I got bitten so many times (See: upwards of 20 bites on each foot, and 10 or 15 on each calf) without really noticing. As it turns out the Off! brand of candles don’t do a thing for keeping bugs away. I’ll go back to using bug spray. They were so itchy I actually couldn’t sleep last night. I swear these bugs had to be mutants.

I’ve almost got all my data collected for my next paper. In fact, I told myself I’d work on the introduction today, but I can’t concentrate. Instead, I played around with preliminary graphs. Sadly, putting some of the numbers into graph form makes them look not as good as I thought they would. I’ll still have to play around with statistics, but I don’t know much about it. I suppose this is why I’m taking statistics over the next year. I also need to figure out what to do with some of the pictures I have. Meh.

That happens to m every time with the mosquitoes. They love me. And even the bug spray doesn’t always keep them away!
