Death At A Funeral

I went and got my hair did today! Turns out they had to cut more off then I wanted because of the split end damage…I waited too long for a trim and because of my stupid perm my hair has been sooo brittle and breaking off everywhere! Resulting in lots of fly-aways :p

Luckily the split end damage wasn’t too bad so it still looks like I have some length. I am going to make sure to get a trim every 5 weeks from now on! My hair stylist Tina , who had gorgeous long healthy hair that was all hers, told me what products she used to help keep it that way and so I bought them to try for myself! Hopefully they work! Tina really knew what she was doing. I left the salon feeling super sexy! My hair looked like Rachel Mcadams hair in the Notebook! So of course I thought "I know the perfect outfit to go with this hair!" Plus I wanted to get dressed up anyway since I planned on going to the movies.

I picked out my notebook dress, my grey fedora hat with the flower, and my navy blue shoes with the tiny pink polka dots and ruffles. You can’t see my shoes but this is what I looked like

It felt really good walking through the Americana outdoor mall and having everyone stare and give compliments! Some young girls jaws dropped and starred at me then ran up to me telling me how pretty they thought I was, guys were opening doors for me, women were asking me where i got my dress, people in stores were extra attentive….I mean DANG! If this is how you get treated when you dress up then I will definitely do it more often from now on!

The movie, by the way, was HILARIOUS! HOLY COW! I LOVED IT! Definitely one of the funniest movies I have ever seen! I was laughing my ass off through the entire thing! Death at a Funeral is a must see! Totally worth your money! GO SEE IT! I want to see it again that’s how much I liked it!

Anyway, I had a nice Friday. Tomorrow I have to get back to business. Goodnight ya’ll!
