greys anatomy

is by far one of the most amazing shows i have ever seen in my entire life! i record every episode on tivo because my schedule is so hectic that i don’t get to watch all of my shows right away.  I  watched last thursdays episode of greys anatomy today and i swear i was bawling throughout the entire thing!  Especially at the end!

Izzy is told by derick (the brain surgeon) that her cancer has caused a tumor in her brain that is life threatening and alex is falling apart because he feels that the woman he loves is slipping through his fingers and he doesnt know what to do. even though she could possibly be dying izzy is still determined to go to meredith and dericks perfect wedding that she had planned for them for so long. Meridith knew it was important to her that she didn’t waste that day so in order to keep izzys mind off of her cancer she let her take charge of the whole thing. To meredith, the wedding was not important. she didn’t care about the dress izzy picked out for her., or the church, or the flowers, she just wanted to marry derick.

Well when meredith learned from derick about the tumor she and derick both decided to make this day, their wedding day, izzys wedding day instead. everyone knew it was izzys dream wedding. she wanted meredith to live her dream, getting married with the perfect dress, perfect church, perfect everything. So meredith talked to alex who of course agreed and alex and everyone went to izzys room with the dress and surprised her.

izzy walked down the isle with all of her loved ones around her, wearing the dress she picked out for meredith, her perfect dress, and smiling, barely making it by herself and stumbling along the way. george helped her and gave her away to alex and they got married. derick and meredith smiled at each other.

oh gosh it was just soooooo sweet! so bitter sweet. izzy can;t die. i dont know what id do if she wasn’t on the show anymore! SHE CANT DIE! AHHHHH! 😛 *sigh*

I am almost too scared to watch the 2 hour finale on thursday…..
