my stormcloud is beginning to drift away :-)

Friday I got me and a bunch of the girls from work to surprise our boss kimm at a restaurant in tacoma! She was laid off a couple months ago and we all didn’t have a real chance to get together and say goodbye to her, so I thought this would be a good time to do that. I got a card for all of us to sign that had a picture of a kid with a missing one tooth on the front and on the inside of the card it said "mith you when your gone" I thought that was cute haha. I also got her a little pot with flowers in it. I figured if we gave her a boquet the flowers would be without water for some time while we sat and chatted and ate.

I was still sick as a dog so before leaving the house I popped two contac in my mouth, hoping that would keep me from dripping snot everywhere. Still all during lunch I sneezed and had to keep blowing my nose. It was pretty embarrassing, but oh well haha. I was just happy that Kimm was so surprised ^_^ She thought it was just going to be Julie and I and it was Julie, Nikki, Lisa, Jenny, Cindy, me, and Charity ^_^. It was fun! The place we ate at was called Chambers Bay Grill and it was located near the new Chambers Bay golf course which is supposed to hold some world famous golf tournaments next year! It was gorgeous.

After we ate Kimm asked Julie and I if we wanted to go to her place to play on the Wii, but I had Charity with me and plus I felt like shit still so I had to decline. Kimm is such a sweetheart ^_^ Even though she was our boss for the longest time, we never felt intimidated by her because she just acted like one of the group and was never stingy or unnecessarily strict. There was no wall dividing us in different ranks. We all joked, laughed, and pulled strings here and there at work all the time. I hope to keep in touch with her.

Wow I feel like a robot typing right now. Like I dont even care about grammar or spelling or anything and I don’t feel like structuring my sentences better. I guess it’s just cause I’m exhausted.

Any who, I’ve been feeling better since the weekend. Not only better from being sick, but better like my spirits are up! I am much happier than I was before. Probably because we are finally getting some sunshine, but I also know it’s because work is finally picking up and I am getting hours. That takes a bit of stress of my shoulders knowing I’ll be able to afford my insurance next month now *phew*. Also I got a notice from extrasonly on my phone telling me to log in and  look up the job CROWLEY. So I did and found out its a movie with Harrison Ford and Keri Russel being filmed in Portland and I was specificly being considered to be her stand in for the film. They wanted to know if I was available to come down for auditions on wednesday and of course I put YES. So wednesday I’m heading down there. I have no idea how many others they are looking at, but if I get this job I could quite possibly work on the set for the entire film and get paid 100 dollars a day. That would be sweet. I’d also get more experience on the set and :-O I’d get to meet Harrison Ford!!! YAY. Ok I’m trying not to get my hopes up haha. Any who both of those things have put me in a better mood. Alrighty I’m going to try and get some rest now. Lates

OH yeah before I go to bed. This is an outfit I am trying to put together. So far I have found the shorts (except I couldnt find them highwaisted) and the tank top, but I can’t seem to find a jacket similar that would work. If anyone knows of one like it online please post a link to it in your comment! That would be awesome thanks!
