Thanksgiving

I….was….so…tired…this…morning….oh….my…..gosh. But I dragged myself out of bed and headed to work. I had to be there by 10:30am.

At MCcormick woods, hundreds of people come to eat thanksgiving dinner there every year. Why? I have no idea.

Maybe they can’t cook worth shit,

maybe they are all alone and have nobody to share it with,

maybe they just dont want to deal with the cooking and the cleaning,
 
maybe they are trying to avoid inviting people over to their house because they are running a meth lab, 
 
or MAYBE their house burned down so they had no choice but to eat out!  I have no clue. All I know is that on thanksgiving you should have your butt at home with your family! The whole cooking and cleaning thing is like family bonding! Making good memories! Putting your positive energy into the food you make and serving it with pride to loved ones!

NO, you shouldn’t go out to a restaurant where there are strangers sitting at tables that are no less than a foot away, where everyone is crowded and the buffet line is 20 people long…REALLY? *shakes head*

500 people came to eat out today….500!!! And if I had a nickel for every time someone asked me "so when do you guys get to eat? When do you you get to spend thanksgiving with your family today?"

um…WE DONT GET THANKSGIVING GET IT? We have to give it up for all of you! @#$#&498323akjhfa.ndsasd.

ok ok of course i did not say that and everyone was really nice. but still i will never get it. either way all was not lost. I got home around 8:00 and all of the guests were still there,  I still got to eat my moms home cooking, AND my friend liz and ali were there! So my day ended very well 🙂

I work a golf tournament tomorrow. should be fun!
