the partay!!!!!!

so its been three days since the party but let me recapture everything.

Emagine this…..

a  large house comes into view, there is a graveyard with a creaky iron gate, all lit up with fog rolling about the stones. a larg buzzard sits on the gate and you can see large rats hiding behind the graves. Then some lit up pumpkins come into site, one with a skull face on it and another full of holes with mice crawling out.

when you get to the door there is a skeleton lady all dressed up and sitting in her rocking chair to greet you. as you enter you hear creaks and screams and are surrounded by large webs in a dimly lit room with candles. the scene before you is another skeleton lady , beautifully dressesd with long flowing hair, playing the piano, while across from her theres a skeleton man in a neat suit with his arm around a large creepy looking woman who’s facial expression shows that she is definitely amused. she is also holding wine. behind these 3 figures, directly across from you are 3 gargoyles, and a large caribou head.

in the dining room there are more webs, and a table covered in orange and purple material  with skull candlesticks and hand candles on either side. the table is covered in all sorts of delightful treats! a chocolate fountain with poundcake squares, banana slices, and strawberrys to dip into it, a 3 teered serving platter with all sorts of belgian chocolates, brownies, and halloween sugar cookies, and a platter with dulce de leche, vanilla bean, raspberry white chocolate, and regular chocolate cheescake! There is also some yummy pumpkin tartlets!

then you take a look over at the food. there is a lovely plate of melty brie cheese with cranberries decorated with an assortment of crackers, a platter of ghost and pumpkin shaped mini pizzas, a greek chicken pasta salad bowl with artichoke hearts, greek olives and pesto, a large veggie platter, and a steaming dish full of delicious tender meat balls.

entering the game room you see a vampire with glowing red eyes, and behind him  there are two large shadows on the wall, one of the grim reaper and the other of its next victim who seems to be terrified. a bat hangs from the ceiling and a skelton yells at you every time you walk by.

need to go to the bathroom? you must pass under the floating horrific skeleton demon!

pretty much, my house looked awesome for the party haha. 😀

its really too bad we dont get trick or treaters!

the first to arrive were lisa and her husband jeff, then came charity who was dressed in a cute blue 40’s style dress and had peacock colored eyemakeup, earings, and lashes! next came kim! she couldnt find our house right away so i went to the top of the driveway to meet her. she was very surprised when her headlights shone on a very bright sparkly dressed up fairy with wings and all! lol

yes i had gone all out hehe. i had my full fairie costume on (previous entry) with my hair curled and lots of orange and green glitter on my eyes haha. kim kept laughin at me and lisas husband joked that it could have been other cars slowing down for me instead of kims!

a little later julie came over with 5 other girls named brittany, ali, sabrina, jesse, and i think amber? eek i forgot the last girls name!  :-S

we played chicken foot, then we all ended up singing karaoke the rest of the night! it was super fun and i am so glad that julie brought over her friends because so many of my coworkers couldnt make it! either way i had a blast!

one funny thing that happened was at one point, 3 cute highschool boys came to the door asking if it was tinas party. i leaned against the door with one arm up and said "no, but im hannah, and you guys can come in and join my party if you like."

they all smiled and said thanks but that they had to go. and off they went, lol. my mom said "shame on you hannah! i saw what you were doing!" haha

it was worth it just seein the looks on those boys faces!

def a fun night and i cant wait for halloween!!!!!!!!
