today was a good day! ^_^

The last few days have been absolutely beautiful, like today! The sun was shining, the sky was blue, and it was actually warm enough not to wear a coat! Funny since right now there is frost on the ground, but during the day it was quite lovely. Just one of those days you love to wake up to ya know?

Any who i got myself ready because i had plans to hang out and go to lunch with shawn! good ol buddy shawn. i havent seen that guy in so long and hanging out with chris and jeff and a bunch of ppl i havent seen in a while made me realize how much i missed hanging out with them. plus shawn really needed to get out of the house. i could tell he was sorta down lately and i could totally understand that becuase i was too, i think it was the weather.

any who we went to lunch at Le Le’s, a really good thai place in tacoma, and i insisted that he get the thai curry and i get the malaysian noodles and split them. i mean, orange chicken? thats what he wanted, and yes orange chicken is soooo good, but you can get that anywhere! if you go to thai, have something different! something with spice and something new. i think he liked my choice haha. i gave him the leftovers. then afterwards we went to ice cream at baskin robbins. it was my first time hanging out with shawn by myself and i thought that it might be a little awkward since i havent spoke to him in so long, but we had a great time! it was really funny to see his reaction when i told him a lot of updates on how ive changed as a person. he was like what? you had sex? and omg you smoked pot? you smoked a cigarette? what?! lol he made a joke that he didnt know me anymore. haha.

any ways after he went home it was still sunny out and so i decided to go for a run ^_^

its always on days like today that i feel like running, i dont know why! the energy from the sun? most likely. but i always feel like being active when its sunny out. puts me in such a good mood ^_^ yes i was really happy today.

so i ran, then my friend jen came over for a half hour to hang out before she had to go back to bellingham. she came home this weekend but sadly things kept not working out and i didnt get to spend as much time with her as i planned to. at least i saw her once! i miss that girl. i miss all my friends 😛

so after jen left i started going to work on one of my paintings. i really shouldn’t have chosen brick for the building because painting one brick at a time is frustrating. gar! its taking FOREVER! urg. i think ill skip art tomorrow. my teacher always makes us show our work even if its unfinished but i dont want people to see this ugly piece of crap.

sigh. i hope tomorrows weather wil be the same as todays!
