first day in woodstock!
so i dont count my arrival as my first day here because we traveled all day, and even though when we got here it was still only 4:00 washington time and 7:00 ny time i was sooooo tired! i said hi to my relatives and went straight to bed! traveling was comphy though because we sat in first class! ahh. any who woke up this morning, had some english muffins and an apple, and we went out to see downtown woodstock! this was my third time going and i dont think ill ever get tired of it! its so darn cute! the town is so like something you would see in a fairy tale and its so old looking! hippies are everywhere and theres all these candle shops and antique stores and local clothing stores. i got a good pair of nice jeans for 10 bucks at a second hand store they had there! oh and they have this store called sunflower that has noithing but organic things in it! complete health food store! they even sold nectar in a squeeze bottle, kinda like honey! ne who we got back and my aunt made the most delicious breaded chicken and her mother (who is like 95 years old!) made the most wonderful salad! it was yummilicious! after dinner i went out to the pond in the backyard and finally after a half hour caught a frog! it was so cool! i got pictures with it too ^_^ i never see frogs in washington! i know they are there but still i never see them. there are also fireflies over here as well. so pretty! woodstock is so filled with nature because it is not over populated and all of the homes are surrounded by woods! very peaceful, and just 2 hours out of the city! i could probably see myself living here. any who so far good day.
