I have been like soooo lazy lately…prob the senioritis crap kicking in.  OH WELL

Well, as soon as it may seem, I’ve been accepted into Rutger’s University al-freakin-ready.  One reason may be because both my parents are alumni of the school, and obviously because I am just that hot.  But none of that really matters now, does it…because I am going to college FOR SERIOUS.  Not that I’ll actually end up going there, cause at this point, my top choice is Northeastern University.  I went up to Boston with my parents on friday afternoon, by plane of all things (don’t ask…apparently my parents like to fly everywhere.)  Let me just start by saying that Boston is so freakin cold in October…and that makes me sad.  But I didn’t care because it is seriously one of the most beautiful cities I’ve ever seen.  And, dude, I’ve been to quite a few cities in my life.  We went out to dinner at some cool seafood/typical northeastern resturant which was awesomely good.  Saturday was a visitor’s day on the Northeastern campus, so I had to get up at 7 AM on SATURDAY MORNING, which is considered a sin especially by me.  The campus is just so awesome…it’s right in the middle of the city and quite urban, but not extremely…if that makes sense.  It’s really pretty and modern looking…kind of like me (jk jk).  They also have this 2 year old health science building which all new state of the art equipment, and yes, hot guys in it.  I’m interested in the medical technology progam, and they let those of us that were go into one of the lab rooms and see some presentation and have a student talk to us.  And the student that talked to us was so freakin hot…not that this aspect would sway my school preference…But the best part of course was the basic campus tour.  And let me just tell you, my tour guide was probably the hottest man alliiiivvveeeee.  Seriously, about 10000000000 times better than hottie hot (that was for jessica…and I am DEAD SERIOUS).  Oh man, that was a great tour…but that’s besides the point.  I just loved the feel of the school, the people, the teachers, the hot gu…err the city, just everything.  One bad aspect is the distance from home, and of course the cost which is in the mid 30’s.  Boston is considered the second most expensive city in the country, but damn it, it’s probably the nicest.  The other cool thing is that they’re really big on the co-op program, which is basically where you do several interships while going to school, but it takes you fiver years to graduate.  I don’t think I would mind it that much, especially since employers look more and more for that and it gives you an advantage over non co-op students and in the workplace in general.

This whole weekend made me even more excited for college, mainly because I found a college I really do like.  I just can’t wait to have the freedom to do what and go where I want.  I’m ready to move on from my family and West Chester, where I’ve lived all my life.  I know I’ll miss my friends and all, but it’s not like I can’t make new ones or branch out.  Overall, I’m just ready to get the HELL OUTTA HERE.
