How my movie-watching has been ruined/enhanced…
I’ll start this entry by saying I love the weather in Houston right now! 55 degrees to me is perfect running weather. I could wear a light hoodie and shorts and run all I want. Once it hits the 40’s I’d need a bigger hoodie and jogging pants, and it’s not as fun. I love cold weather, but voluntarily live in Texas. Go figure…
Anyways, I love watching movies! Superhero movies is one of my favorites, but I love pretty much every genre. I mention this because I had two co-workers and we would randomly stop to talk about superhero movies during the workday. Sometimes for over an hour. And this is okay because one of those two co-workers is my boss đŸ˜›
So they point out these 3 YouTube series to follow. They are "Everything Wrong With", "Honest Trailers", and "How It Should Have Ended". Just insert whatever movie you want and maybe they’ll have done a video for it. Here’s one for example released this week:
They’re pretty funny and addicting to watch. But now I tend to do these same things while watching a movie. Especially the "Everything Wrong With" routine, I’ll notice all the specific plot holes, accidental mishaps and just silly things in general. And when you do that, it does kind of ruin the general enjoyment of getting lost in a movie
But it’s still hilarious to see all the stuff pointed out in a funny video. That counts as enhancing it, right? I mean you’re enjoying the movie after watching the movie sort of. If that makes sense…
moral of the story: The length of a film should be directly related to the endurance of the human bladder
Have a Nice Day!
