Finally some time offallly

I am finally enjoying some well deserved time off.  And now I have come down with a cold.  But it’s a good time to be home.  I slept in this morning until 9 and then got up and just did nothing all morning.  Finally around 2 p.m. I decided to take a shower.  Feeling a bit better but not 100%.  I think I need a vacation to feel anywhere near normal again after working 50+ hours the last few weeks.  The money is nice but I feel like my house has been neglected the last few weeks.  I need to clean good also because on New Year’s we are having a party with our neighbors and it’s at our house. 
It’s done nothing but snow the last few days.  And it looks like that is all it is going to do also.  And get colder.  I looked ahead to keep an eye out for when our son goes back to Fargo and it’s supposed to be in the single digits next week and below zero at night.  Burrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr
Not looking forward to that.  I am going to take down all my Christmas stuff on New Years Day and get that put away while I have plenty of help.  I can get the boys to help and the hubby to take the tree downstairs when I get it all packed up.  I do leave out some of my snowmen for the winter because they are so darn cute! 
I am going to go shopping once everything is cleaned up and get some pictures to hang in a couple of spots I need them. 
It just feels so good to be free of work.  Looking forward to the next few days.  Would like to be doing nothing but that doesn’t feel right.
Well I need to get the clothes in the dryer.
