I ran to school today.  5.2 miles.  It was my longest run, and honestly it wasn’t any more difficult than the 3 that I usually run a few times a week.  My calves feel a little more tight, but that’s about it.  It was one of the few things I’ve done recently that actually made me feel like I had accomplished something.  My goal is to do it twice a week at least – Mondays and Fridays.  Maybe Thursdays instead.

 

Now I’m just sleepy after an early morning and a long day at school.  That about does it for now.
