Her: “Will you be gone when I get home?”

Me: “Yes.”

“ok…”

Not that I know where I’m going right now. I’m going to look at a room to rent today, we will see how that goes. If I can’t get into it today there are a couple of crackhead hotels that are relatively inexpensive in town.

Neither of us really wants this to happen, we can agree on that, but we both also think that nothing will ever get resolved if we don’t do something.

I gave her a list of questions asking her to define what exactly this is and what it means for our relationship. Things like what we expect to have happen, ground rules, that kind of thing.

I keep going between feeling like its not a huge deal – just different living spaces, to feeling like I’ve been kicked in the stomach.

So, for today, one thing at a time.
1) Go look at possible room.
2) Come back and finish packing.
3) Move things to either flea-bag motel or new room.
4)Go to gym – it gives me something I have control over.
5) Read.
6) Sleep (hopefully)

Thanks for the notes. I’m writing this from the OD mobile site, because for some reason the standard OD site isn’t loading for me.

I don’t know enough details to really say anything… But I hope the both of you find whatever it is you’re looking for during this break. <3

Something about you strikes me. Your words. Very interesting I must say. – M.V

Is there anyone nearby you could stay with? I’d totally let you sleep in my guest room if you weren’t 1,000+ miles away. I’m really sorry to hear this. But it seems like you’re taking it very well and thinking rationally, which is great.
