Beezie… Picture entry

Well, it’s been quite a while since I’ve written anything, and I don’t really have much to say of interest here either, but I do have some pictures.

Just of the newest addition to our family – Beezie.  She is a Boxer-Bulldog mix.  We picked her up at a humane society shelter back in September.  When she was a puppy, we thought that she might be part pit-bull, which we didn’t mind, but some cities and apartments have breed restrictions.  We gave her a doggy-DNA test to find out (it was only $60 at petco) and found out that she is roughly 1/4 Bulldog, and 3/4 Boxer… so, basically, one parent was a purebred Boxer, and one was a half and half Boxer-Bulldog.

The name started as a joke.  We tried out quite a few – Daisy was first, then Aryn said she liked Bianca – to which I replied (jokingly) that Beezie is short for Bianca.  Look it up on urbandictionary.com to see the definition…. 🙂

She has a massive underbite – it doesn’t really show in any of these pictures, but it’s pretty funny.  You can stick your entire finger into it.

Anyway, on with the pictures.

After we moved into our new place in Spokane – we were only there for a few months.

Her ears don’t do this anymore, which is kind of a bummer – it was pretty cute.  The crate gives you an idea of her size.  Its a smallish tote.
