not much say *edit*

its just been a while since i posted, and i was beginning to feel as though i was neglecting something. 
recently…. have been doing what i can to patch things up with aryn.  there isnt exactly a whole lot i can do except make efforts to be totally honest at all times, and be there.  Ultimately, i guess its all up to what she feels.  im kind of at her mercy at this point, but thats fine.  i made this situation, now i have to deal with it.  i dont really want to talk about it anymore, so i think i will just stop writing about it in here. 

anyway….
ive been subbing as much as i can, which isnt much.  money problems are beginning to pile up and im not liking it much.
i went in for a screening interview at fred meyer’s the other day, and it went well, they called me back about an hour ago (cant answer the phone since im with a class) and from what i understand, that means i made it through the first hoop.  if they intend to turn you down, they send you a letter, but if they want you back for a formal interview, they call you.
so, phone call = good.  oh, the position i interviewed for was a manager-in-training position, for full time in the summer, and evenings/weekends during the school year.
oh yeah, even part time employees get benefits, so thats a huge plus.  its like 3 months for me and 6 months for aryn.  that would be big, because right now aryn needs new glasses, and we both need to be able to go to the doctor or dentist without having to freak out about the cost.

truck – well, i managed to get out there and play a bit offroad with my truck.  it was fun, i didnt break anything, and hopefully i will get to do it again soon… i did manage to put a pretty good sized scratch down the side of my truck, but hey….. its a truck, not a fancy sports car.

finally, in an attempt to use up my spare time (which i have a lot of…. aryn is busy studying for her law finals for 1st year, and is always busy) i am teaching myself how to play guitar.  we have a really nice alvarez that her father gave her just sitting around the house, and it seemed like a shame that it was just gathering dust.  its going slow, but its going.
