winter socks
whoops! it seems my diary took a little holiday, but i think it’s back now for the autumn term. it really sucks not having any internet access at home, and when i’m at internet cafes i’m always far too lazy sipping hot chocolate and reading everybody’s else’s efforts than recording my own. but now i have the lovely fast university network to sit back and relax with, and all for free, hee hee, hooray!
in these cases, it’s probably best to revert to the good ol’ list:
– i worked at the meridien hotel for six weeks. it was hellish.
– as a consequence of being on my feet for 10 hour stretches with no break, i got wonderfully thin. then i quit that job and discovered lurpak butter. oh, curse you you spreadable loveliness.
– i now work at a jewellery shop called azendi, and it is fabulous because i get to sell expensive jewellery and, most importantly, ponce around in a suit.
– i’m now living at the north end of the city with seven other people. i have a nice pink sofa in my room. i love my pink sofa.
– the ttattoo healed nicely and sits on my back without much trouble.
– i travelled to france, belgium and germany for a couple of weeks at the start of the summer. that was very nice.
– at the start of the summer i recieved a letter telling me i’d won £150 in book tokens because i’d got the highest exam mark in the year in politics! shurely some mistake? what a joke.
– oh, and i love brian. and kurt. and women with clip on ponytails from rochdale who have chronic asthma and smoke. telly is so good at the moment.
isn’t the weather fabulous this week?

Aha! Alright, so I’m kind of inbetween names at the moment, but until the time is right I’ll note with this name. Glad to see you back. Although I’ll warn you in advance, I may be near York in the coming months.

I’d hardly call 3 and a half months a little break. Good to have you back though. P.S. Brian and Kurt rule!

Welcome back…RYN: I wrote a lovely long entry about everything that happened afterwards and answering everyone’s queries. I think it was nothing personal about throwing me off the premises. It’s just procedure and being quasi-public sector, they have to follow rules because they are audited on their procedures and, potentially, I could be a bastard and delete everything or copy stuff and give
