I dissected a squid.

No.  I resolved to be more selfish and failed utterly.

Not really.

security and consistency. a sense of purpose. more cheeseburgers.

I’m terrible with dates.

realizing that I hate library science and doing something about it.

quitting in the middle of my master’s program to become an unemployed undergraduate in the middle of nowhere.

the usual.  depression, anxiety, a slew of self-inflicted wounds.

That’s tough.  Probably my Nook.

I didn’t go see as many movies as usual.  I liked the new Sherlock Holmes a lot, and the new X-men movie.  Oh, and I bought Shutter Island and loved it.

I turned 24.  I had food poisoning and did nothing.

[33] What one thing made your year more satisfying than 2010?
It wasn’t.  In 2010, I graduated from college, and that was immensely satisfaying.

fat, warm, comfy chic.

Open Diary, my cats

[36] Which celebrity did you fancy the most?
I had this huge, embarrassing crush on Justin Furstenfeld from Blue October.  Mostly over that.

I am largely indifferent to politics because both sides and slinging so much shit around that the difference between their opinions is crushed into irrelevancy.

No one.

I did not meet any new people in 2011 worth mentioning.
