why do I pay these people?

I’m writing this on my phone, since my power’s been out for the last 24 hours. We didn’t have a hurricane, or a flood, or a tornado. No, we had a thunderstorm. There are downed power lines everywhere, downed trees everywhere. And all of our technicians are in fucking vermont.

No power for 24 hours, probably going to be 48. Why do I pay these people?

Anyway, I’m pretty disgruntled about that. My sister is visiting, so I’m glad she’s finally getting to experience this annoying event.

My asshole neighbors have generators and they are LOUD. Shit started at 8 this morning. Remind me, when power is back, to be fucking annoying to them.

Ugh.
