Encouraged

I have this thing, I refuse to graduate the outpatient program. It’s a lbvvs joke with the counselors – I’m not leaving.

But today, it was presented to me that once I graduate, I can start leading the women’s refuge meetings at Gateway with natalie or another female (or by myself but that’s be hard!) myself  (read: without the 2 counselors that lead it now) so… I made sure I can still go to group, but go ahead and graduate pretty soon.

So that’s pretty cool.

Eventually I have to fly the coop anyway, I’m actually shocked that insurance hasn’t kicked me out yet. But how great is a rehab program that you don’t ever want to leave?  Any other time I’ve done my duty and gotten the hell out. This time, I’ve done everything different – and I’m thriving.

Go me!
