 Wow, so it’s been 3 months since I last updated… My has a lot happened in that time! Although I have to admit I can’t remember every detail – it’s just gone so quickly!

David’s birthday – We dressed up and went out to dinner at a really nice French restaurant. The food was great, and David even ordered me a glass of wine, which shockingly I enjoyed! This is saying something since before then I had only ever had 1 glass of wine (and that was wine that David had bought). It was actually a really nice one, a sauvignnon blanc. It was quite amazing how he was able to pick it so well for me 🙂
We then went and stayed at a fancy hotel (my birthday present to him). It was a really nice room, but I won’t go into detail 😉
The restaurant for breakfast was really really good. There was even a kitchen chef who would prepare whatever you liked, and there was anything and everything you could imagine for breakfast. Yum yum!
We spent the day going to both sets of his grandparents, which was the first time I had met them. They were lovely, and really warm and welcoming. Then stopped in at my parents place for some presents (!!!) and then back to his place for a yummy birthday dinner cooked by his dad.

David’s sisters 21st birthday – I made her birthday cake, it was an amazing ambulance themed cake. David and I spent the day helping her set up, and then spent the evening just chilling out with everyone and helping celebrate her birthday.

We visited Staglands, which is a wildlife reserve place. Had a fun day with a picnic lunch, and it was only $1 entry fee instead of the $20 entry fee which was great! We both had enough of the hundreds of kiddies and decided to call it a day, just in time for the heavens to open and the rain to come pelting down! 

We’ve spent pretty much every weekend with one another. 

He’s currently away in Canada 🙁 I miss him terribly.
