ow *conditioning

 

 

 

 

 *i had a fave ask me what leg exercise we did. here was our conditioning routine last night:

leg kicks (CanCan style-you hold your arm out and kick the bottom of your hand. they did it on biggest loser last night actually)
bunny hops/walk
hindu squats
deep lunges (i suck at those! i can’t quite get my knee to the floor)

 

we did 25 wall slides, 50 knees (in the air) followed with a cross and a left hook (haha i forgot to do the punches when i did it-i’m realizing that now), and i forget how many calf lifts (probably 50 on both feet and 25 on each individual foot)

we got into groups of 4, tossed a medicine ball at the person next to us, then did a push-up on the medicine ball, and stood up to pass it on again.

we also did 50s & 5s, which means 50 jumping jacks & 5 push-ups, then 40 jumping jacks & 4 push-ups, then 30, then 20, then 10. but i do crunches instead of jumping jacks b/c of my heel 🙁

after that, class started. i will edit if i remember anything else.

 

the trainer worked our legs last night during conditioning. conditioning is always the first half hour of class. the second half, we hit/kick/knee the pads (about an hour.) my legs are SO sore. and my butt too. we did things like the duck walk and squats in which your knuckles touch the ground. i’m not sure i’m going to be able to go get beau when he wakes up.

we’ll be going to do some shopping tonight. we have to get a present for our niece and i need some hygiene products. stupid AF. and body wash. and i want to look at mittens for sawyer. and i think that’s all. oh i’d like some leggings. one of my faves is the leggings queen and she sounds so hot and comfy. plus i want them to go with my dress for sat. i don’t really want to wear nylons. the town we’re going to does not have a lot of options though, so i’m hoping wal-mart pulls through for me! i didn’t find any at sears outlet or old navy (there were a couple but they were too small) on sat. i forgot to look at zellers.

mom gave me a few more long sleeve shirts. she’s lost all kinds of weight and she keeps giving me jeans to try on but damnit, they’re always kinda small. damnit.

some days i feel like a fatass. oh well. i’ll keep on truckin. worked out monday night, worked out last night, hope to work out friday. and AF always makes me feel fat and bloated. maybe next week will be better and i’ll start to see better results.

anyway, my boss emailed me last night. i found out i’m only allowed 20 posts a month starting in feb. argh. so the job search begins again. i was just starting to really post a lot, to contribute to the house, but the boss has been suffering (damn economy) so now i have to suffer.

blah. i’m barely making sense here.

oh that sucks about the job search 🙁 RYN: We’ll be alright if I can get him back to the schedule we were on for the longest time back before my stepdad had open heart surgery. That trip down there really messed our schedules up and they haven’t been the same since. Back then we were going to bed at 8-8:30 and getting up at 6. I miss that so much!!

Wal mart had some good leggings but you have to check near the juniors section but they have a large selection of sizes.

tee hee legging queen. I’ve got them on right now! I got a sweet deal on leggings once at Buffalo Jeans in Masonville, they had them 2 for $20. But I would imagine wal mart would have them, or maybe even Garage. Aritzia’s (in masonville) has them for $22 each. so a bit more expensive than other places.

RYN: I spent alot of time in the sun back then. I avoid the sun at all cost now when possible. Sunlight= painful It triggers lupus. When I was born they actually thought my hair was red. As I grew & spent more and more time in the sun it went blonde. When I’m not in the sun like now it stays a mix of brown, blonde, and red
