hey

sawyer cried when he realized we weren’t walking his friend to his babysitter’s after school today. we were supposed to but his mom decided to pick him up on his first day. apparently, the 2 of them were inseparable today. we kinda got in trouble from the teacher. LOL. but it was their first day; they needed each other. they’ll settle down eventually, i’m sure.

sawyer’s napping now. big day for sure. i hope he does well in KG. i’m nervous now about getting bad reports or whatever. *eep*

did i mention it’s my bday tomorrow? i took myself out for lunch. man, the other (the one i don’t work at) restaurant in town is expensive but i love their quesidillas.

there’s a big machine shaking the house. they’re redoing a street right by our house. noisy and shaky. i’m also doing laundry and our front loaders are like a freight train 😉
