irene should be here any time now. sawyer is still not asleep. grrrr. it is time to nap, little man!! some days. he’s been playing in his room since about 12:30. it is now an hour later. keep your fingers crossed he goes to sleep soon…instead of playing with his door. at least he let me sleep in until about 8:15 today. he woke up at 6 a.m. and went back to bed himself. *thumbs up*
i’ve been tidying up and i don’t know what i am going to do with this house come time to sell. i really think we have too much stuff or the house is too small. you do not want buyers to think the house is too small. that’s the last thing you want. but what to do about it? i’ll take it slow and try to organize things. the other day, i tried to organize the bathroom cabinet. dennis is in charge of the basement and his shed. i’ve got to do something about the kitchen. we have so many coffee mugs. i don’t know what to do about them b/c they go with our plate sets. i don’t want to split up the sets, esp. the one given to us by dennis’s grandfather (he buys a set for every grandkid that gets married.) i do want to make sure the cupboards are clutter free though. i might just have to get rid of mugs and whatnot anyway. sets or no sets. i’ll have to organize our closets too. daunting task, that one. not going to be fun.
i guess i’ll go read until irene’s here! 🙂

I watch that show on HGTV a lot that does the hidden camera walk through things? People don’t seem to have a problem with clutter if it’s organized. You could always get a POD or a storage bin or something, but that’s just an extra expense. : Have fun with your friend!

ryn: As I take pictures I purchase them and slip them under the page protectors in order inside thier album. When I have time or an idea I scrap those pictures. In between scrapped pages will be unscrapped pages inside my albums that are “works in progress”. Does that make sense?

Rubbermaid containers are my friend. I just store stuff, that way it is safe and organized and clean and out of the way. And since you are planning on moving eventually, it might even be helpful for you and make moving easier. I have an entire set of china in one of those containers because I don’t have a china hutch for it yet. One of these days!

I was wondering if you have ever seen the brand pregnancy tests that my mom shared with me today that I posted in my diary. If you have seen these brands of pregnancy tests are they what she says they are for how the results are given. Have fun with Irene! I’m sure you guys will have a blast…that sounds like a good time, me and two of my old friends from high school decided to have girls’ time once a week. Much, MUCH needed on all our parts believe me. We have way way way too many coffee mugs too. Which is okay because he leaves them laying around all over the house. BUt..we have a full cabinet dedicated to nothing BUT mugs. Wow. kristen
