Day 4

5 days left. 4 sleeps. sawyer says to me every day "where daddy? daddy work." lol. i tell him daddy is gone away and will be for a few more days. i think it’s getting to him though. he seems a little out of sorts.
babysitter called me back last night so i’m all set for sunday’s crop. that reminds me-i have to get the number for the house i’ll be at. better e-mail her. i probably have it. i just don’t know where.
tonight, i am going to scrapbook.
the visit at dennis’s gramma’s went fine. woo hoo. lol.
my mom stayed over last night and got up with sawyer and gave him a bath. 
i didn’t sleep in long b/c i felt bad. she does enough for me already.
irene comes tomorrow! it is so nice of her to come keep me company every year. poor little pathetic me. can’t wait to move to the city!! i hope she’ll still visit me. i might call my other friend u.v. and see what she’s doing on the weekend. have one more person help me fill up my last nights alone. i haven’t seen her little guy in so long. he must be getting big.

Yep, it would be very difficult alone for several days with a toddler. Doesn’t it make you wonder how single moms (or dads) do it?! It makes me very thankful!
