gah gah gah!

for those of you who watch ellen, you’ll know what i mean. sawyer seems to like her. not only does he say ellen but he said "gah gah gah" as she did this morning. lol. if i could get him doing that on video, he could end up on TV. but you know toddlers. almost impossible to get them saying what you want them to say.

today, we have play date. there are only 3 left. then they move away from here. actually…there are 4, since there’s one more book club left. the last play date will be at their house. that’s good. i want one last look at my dream house. *winks* there are other dream houses out there. in better towns!!

only a couple more sleeps until we go to toronto!!! i’m going to read my book club book on the way, because i’ll never get it done otherwise. i just don’t much enjoy the book choices. this one’s not bad but the way it’s written, it switches from one perspective to the next with the chapters and it pulls you right out of the story. not the best technique if you want to capture your readers.

we’ll have to check the mail today before we go to play date. 🙂 haven’t done that in a while!

i had to let dennis in on the secret. he was really excited that i’d spent all my earnings on him. the company e-mailed me telling me that the sweatshirt i’d ordered wasn’t available. i couldn’t choose something else so i let dennis choose. hopefully they have that one in!! i should get a couple dollars back, as this one cost less than the other. next pay is going to diapers and a wet bag (for holding wet cloth dipes–we need one in the diaper pail)…i think. lol. we’ll see if i find something i want more by then. i will buy more dipes soon. BG!s, i’m thinking. or FBs. it should be a good pay month b/c i’m working more than i have before. i’m considering looking for more jobs but i don’t know. i have a hard time concentrating with sawyer running amuck as it is.
