pretty good weekend so far. 2 year old’s bday on friday night, 9 year old’s bday on saturday, and keg bbq today. tomorrow, who knows? i might suggest the beach. it’s a holiday so we might as well do something fun. now that i have water shoes, i might actually go in the water for a swim (stupid rocks and stones)!

yesterday’s bday party was a success for sawyer. my BIL had a train table set up with moving Thomas and friends’ trains. sawyer could’ve stared at that all day. he also is getting the kids’ jeep (he can drive it around the yard when he’s older) and he got a big toy transport truck and trailer. he loves it. he can put all kinds of cars in it. it was just gathering dust so my sister said sawyer should take it home.

i ordered my boots! *squeals* they’ll be ready for pick-up about 2 days before my bday. gooooood timing. dennis has found his own bday present as well; a new scope for his gun. since his costs a bit more than mine, i’ll be attending a stampin’ up party as well. *hee hee* my SIL’s friend is a consultant and she’s hosting a party later this month. i’m so glad she was at the party on friday; the creative memories line doesn’t have stamps. really, i’m not that impressed by CM product lines but i like being part of the group so it doesn’t bother me too much. however, i hope they come out with more stuff or i’ll have everything in the catalogue by the end of our crop club! LOL. i can’t wait to get the stuff i’m ordering from CM too.

toast-every morning i ask if he wants toast or cereal and he chooses one. today, it was cereal. yesterday, he said to daddy "toast. cereal…..toast! cereal. mmmhmmm."
