Green Party and Romantic Weekend

Rob has been completely blowing me away lately. Everything about him is so wonderful! He posted on facebook how he ended up with the green party on the vote compass on the CBC website. I’m so proud! I think its wonderful!
And then some military guy commented on how even if Rob strategically voted liberal he was voting for the wrong guy.
Anyways it started this whole online debate about Iraq. The guy was like “you get your information from some guy behind a desk, I get mine from guys with their boots on the ground. We’re here for democracy”
Rob was like “how noble of the Canadian government to spend all that money to save them! Its about oil, dumbass” okay, not that rude but that was basically it, it was marvellous!
Then he was talking about the sustainable house we’re one day going to build that he is going to design. So exciting!
And he bought his and hers mountain bikes. We spent 3 hours saturday riding down trails with the dog. My bum hurt so bad after!
We found such scenic places, and had a snack and cuddled by the melting snow. Beautiful! Well, we more sat on a log and ate and hugged standing up for a long time while Scoobs swam in the puddles with Toby. Yes, he came too. Can’t walk around here without all the neighbourhood dogs joining in!
We also went to a gourmet restaurant that same day, spent the money my Nanny sent for Robs honours celebration. He had a glass of wine but whatever, could it really have been a perfect day?
Then the casino. Don’t think we’ll be doing that again. Had to try it though. He aimed to spend 100, lost 75 then gained 50 back. We still don’t like risks though.
