Silent but the Movement
G-d whispers in the trees
Silent but the movement
I do not hear His voice
I only hear the trees.
I see them as they flutter
Silent but the movement
The gentle sway of movement
Talks to me as I watch
The grey dusk is their outline
The trees so high above me
Black against the outline
Light and grey and clear
The cool wind blows above me
Never seems to reach me
Silent but the movement
I see to know He’s here.

That’s such a pretty poem. I can’t write poetry well. Thanks for visiting me and welcoming me. This is the first time I’m using this website.

Very nice! I wish I could write poetry. I used to be able to, guess I just have to be in the mood.
