Chaturbate observations – wow!

 

I remain in awe of the way Chaturbate brings together models/performers from all over the world while drawing audiences from the world over as well. In my brief experience at Chaturbate I have seen webcam shows originating in Kenya, Peru, Columbia, Argentina, The Philippines, Russia, as well as many different places in Europe and North America.

There aren’t too many other places in the vast porn universe which so effectively showcase the female orgasm as does Chaturbate, considering that a woman can be essentially "alone" in her own bedroom, while taking her time and ascending toward her sexual climax at her own familiar pace. The seeming intimacy of this considerable difference between that and most mere ‘porn’ is extremely compelling. For starters, these are usually ‘live’ performances, complete with some audience interaction (and an annoying sound audible to everyone each time somebody leaves a ‘tip’ of so much as one token).

 

You can’t imagine, without seeing/reading for yourself, the blatantly crude statements made by anonymous-feeling men all over the internet, as some of these women bare their seeming dignity and their orgasm for all to witness. It is typical, when a goal (for tips) is met, that a woman calls upon "moderators" to immediately expel the worst violators of reasonable respect for the women, who by then are typically way too busy with other things to even read, let alone take offense.

 

I think that the large cross-section of performers is the greatest attribute known to Chaturbate and some of them are very clearly people who might shun attention when out in the ‘real world’. I’ve seen handfuls of women on Chaturbate who seem as if they likely lean considerably toward dark and un-noteworthy clothing in their other lives who take to their webcam performances like the most comfortable people in the world. There seems to be an extra bit of appeal to sensing a woman merely expressing herself so personally and so intimately when in ‘real life’ she would sooner the rest of society didn’t exist.

In the same way that the internet can be the big equalizer in categories such as income and physical appearance, it can also facilitate recognition of somebody’s deep appeal merely as the result of their expressing themselves, when they otherwise might avoid considerable outward expression.

 

The awe over mere nature inspired by the sight of a pale-skinned woman who tells of leaning heavily toward dark/black clothing in her other life, now confidently naked and in pursuit of her sexual climax is not totally unlike that of witnessing an attractive butterfly exiting an un-noteworthy cocoon.

 

Add to that the splendor of seeing sooooooooooo many variations of the naked female form and that merely begins my list of reasons for being so drawn to Chaturbate.

They’re all working for "tokens", each of which equate to a whopping nickel for a performer/model. I was watching the figurative and literal climax of one show the other day and observing that the performer had amassed upward of 6000 tokens ($300 to her), which wasn’t bad for a day’s haul.

There are plenty of 18- and 19-year-old women who boldly exhibit their sex appeal on the site, and some of these must complete their tasks without their fathers finding out. I’m a complete sucker for the innocent faces first spied with their owners wearing a provocative outfit which only later gives way to complete nudity and eventual ascent toward sexual climax in most cases.

There are also "couples" in a special section of Chaturbate, and you can watch what are most typically boyfriend and girlfriend or husband and wife evolve toward sexual intercourse right there on camera. These people are also in it mostly for the ‘tips’/tokens they accumulate but I suspect that there’s a bit more to it than just that.

Indeed there are men-only cameras as well, but I can’t even take enough interest in them to begin to answer just how many of those performers might be completely straight, and how they might feel about what are surely so many gay viewers watching them. While I’m sure there are plenty of women looking in as well, I just don’t think typical women are as drawn to such displays by men as men would be to the typical female performer.

Beyond that there are plenty of… say… "improbable" performers (young and old) there on Chaturbate, and I’m sure they too have their audiences. If somehow you could make all other things equal, one could probably establish definitively that there really is someone for everyone, and an audience for just about everything.

Maybe it’s been the relative desperation of the 2008-to-the-present economy which has fueled an arena where so many young-ish adult women are seeking the extra income they can earn from online sexual performances. Perhaps, instead, it has been a newfound era of sexual expression facilitated mainly by the internet itself which has cleared the path for such presentations.

All I know for certain is that I have deeply enjoyed having been able to witness this side of internet porn, all for free, and with the business model remaining that a relatively small subset of the consumer base will shell-out considerably (while the little head does the thinking/budgeting) enough to support the whole of the industry.

Another thing about Chaturbate’s appeal is that the cross-section of alluring performers leans away from the usual suspects in porn, where you have to be fairly wild, and conform mostly to a generally sought-after range of physical dimensions. Some of the young women in Chaturbate reside so far from their typical viewing audience that they need not worry seriously about encountering in ‘real life’ for a long, long time anybody who ever watched them masturbate.

 

The women are pretty liberal about employing their various sex toys in their offered performances (I always knew Hitachi made ‘Earth Movers’, but wow…) and their attractive uniqueness both in appearance and in implementation are sometimes unforgettable.

 

Many of the women can’t help but to respond physically/sexually to the various outcries of the viewing audience even when many of the comments are just too crude to merit attention.

Even though the core variety in female appearances is the most alluring element of Chaturbate it is very clear that many women are there at some point day after day after tiring day. Others only turn up every 3 or 4 days, and sometimes less

, no doubt depending on financial needs.

A woman I watched a day or two ago told of having been laid-off from her job, at age 31, and of now being "full-time" there in the Chaturbate arena. Sometimes she had sex with her husband over the Chaturbate airwaves as well.

Some of the scenes on Chaturbate tend to reinforce the perception that often the most adorable of women land with the most awkward and unlikely guys… but I still find some appeal to watching their shows with my thought process being: "if I can’t hope to make nice with a woman like her, then I’m glad somebody gets to nail her".

(what I’d really like to know about such people, is whose idea it was at first, to broadcast their sexual liasons to the world all around)

The whole arena reinforces my long-time observation that just about every physical appearance has something of considerable appeal which really makes the data/statistics lover in me sit up and notice. It is quite stimulating indeed to have so many representations of unique naked female forms to survey while typically searching for just the right woman, at just the right stage of her performance, to admire from there until she’s satisfied.

I just can’t say enough about Chaturbate, and I don’t know what I would do if I were the sort of a person who could afford to bestow thousands of tokens per day there ( 1000 tokens costs the viewer $79.99, and the performer gets 5 cents for each token accumulated).

Each time I survey the general menu of possibilities amid the "female" classification at Chaturbate, I am struck by some of them just making so little effort to really draw anybody to their room. There is a still camera photo of each woman, periodically updated, and visible to viewers before they select a room. Some of the subjects there sometimes seem rather frumpy and disinterested, and fully dressed, no matter the fact that there might be just 14 or 23 people in their rooms, vs. the 2300 that isn’t uncommon for a woman who is far more liberal in her approach.

In the average Chaturbate room filled with 100 people, perhaps only 15 or 25 of them have the potential at that moment to offer a ‘tip’ (in the form of ‘tokens’) to the performer. So if your room lists just 10 viewers, there may be just 2 who could even tip you at that given moment. If you’re waiting for your tips to accumulate before you do anything to stimulate the audience then it could be a while. I am guessing that once you’re resigned to being there and on display at Chaturbate, your first interest figures to be luring dozens or hundreds into your room, where only then should you concern yourself with drawing tips from the usual minority of them.

If one were the only girl at the website, then sure, it might work to just sit there and wait for success to come to your business plan, but with so many other options beckoning each new viewer upon arrival at the Chaturbate main page, it makes sense that you want to stand-out somehow.

With that said, I’ve not been to Chaturbate in perhaps 18 hours now, so I’d better go…

 

*** adding a brief Chaturbate observation made recently:   So I was watching a 19yo from South America who promised and delivered a "lollipop masturbation show" upon reaching the targeted number of tokens.

And as fate would have it, this young woman had one lollipop (Think standard Tootsie-pop) in her mouth, and another somewhere in her birth canal.  She then got the idea to remove the lollipop from her birth canal and to further entertain the audience by inserting it into her rectum.  Aaaaaaaaaaand you can no doubt imagine that (the head of) said lollipop became stuck there once she pushed it in beyond a certain point.  We saw her, on camera, trying to tug it out, and then saw her wiping down the stem of the lollipop for lots of bodily secretions having caused her to have trouble gripping the stem.
