this weekend

this weekend was pretty awesome. I was supposed to spend it in workshops with David Williams (an ashtanga practitioner for the past nearly 40 years) and Michelle Schulz of the Ayurvedic Institute, but instead I spent in with my sister BECAUSE SHE HAD A BABY! yay!

She had a little baby boy, and he’s absolutely perfect. Rich and I spent Saturday morning with her, then some time in the afternoon with her. We slept in a hotel and recovered Saturday night, and then we went shopping in the morning and turned up at her house with baby clothes and nursery stuff… oh, he’s so cute it just kills! Honestly, he’s so cute that when they rolled his little bassinet in I thought "they should just surround him with crackers and dipping sauces, because I could just eat him up!"
