Oh INSANELY funny, srsly. Don’t tell anna … I thought they meant anna-reksya.

RYN: Well almonds I eat just as-is raw with no problems, and cashews & pumpkin seeds too. I couldn’t find raw sunflower seeds, so I broke down and bought roasted/unsalted. They are the only thing causing me tummy aches. When I’m preparing recipes with the others, I do soak them for a day or two before using them. Is that what you mean by activating them? I still haven’t tried sprouting.

Thanks for the info… Just wondering, is it bad to eat the nuts without activating them? Or is it just that they are more nutrious that way? Because I actually prefer the taste of dry almonds to soaked almonds… and soaked raw peanuts — forget it! LOL
