Emotions
I saw my therapist again. We talked all that has gone on the last couple of weeks. At least all that’s been going on with the divorce. It’s a lot to deal with. Once I start talking it’s hard to stop. And it’s hard to stop feeling. Talking helps. However in the immediate aftermath of each session I’m a mess. It takes time to get my head back on after every session. It will help. That doesn’t make it easy.
hangovers from therapy sessions are very real but I find that they lessen with time.
