HIIT !

I’ve started HIIT (high intensity interval training) tonight.
I am only doing it on the treadmill for now, but hopefully I’ll be able to incorporate it into a weight lifting workout too!

I’ll be weighing in again on Monday!  In a week (I was 266 on New Years Eve) I lost 4lbs, hoping to keep it up & continue the losing streak this week!! 🙂 

I NEED to lose this weight! Hoping I can make my goal by the summer! ðŸ™‚ 

Also looking for support people and friends to read that are in the same boat! Losing & trying to be healthy!!
