Didn’t get up to workout this morning… I haven’t been having much luck in the sleep department – L was up at 5, and then again at 6, and P was up at 7 for the day.  Needless to say, from 5am til I rolled out of bed around 945, I didn’t get too much sleep, and it wasn’t peaceful or restful by any means!

Oh well!  This afternoon I will go for a run on the treadmill after L goes for a nap. 

Up this morning, because of a delish salad I made yesterday that contained probably 1/2 cup of pecans…not to mention the ones I ate while making it… not exactly my finest moments, but oh well!!  Onward and upward or, Onward and downward I shall go!

I also need to drink more water… we ran out of water in the cooler (big jugs) so need to fill those up and then I’ll have an endless supply again!

I did this arm workout today… for someone who has super flabby weak arms, it was killer!! I’ll hopefully keep up and do it at least a few times a week to get these arms of mine into some sort of shape!!

Did 40 mins on the treadmill.  5 min warm up 2 min run at 4.5mph/3.0 incline then 2 mins walking – and then another 5 min cool down!
Feel great I got and pushed myself through it!!
