P woke L up this morning, so I was awake earlier then intended (although I didn’t set my alarm) so after I got them both back to sleep, I got dressed and did my workout! 🙂
I’m down another .8 today, kinda excited that it’s moving, and quite quickly.
I think next week I’ll change up my workout so that my body doesn’t think I’m gonna be doing the same thing every day! Still pushing along and hoping that I can make these goals I have!!
I CAN DO IT!! I WILL DO IT!!
I’ve also adjusted my final goal to 194, instead of 174! I don’t want to be overly ambitious and get disappointed if I can’t get there. Plus, because BMI isn’t an exact science and doesn’t work for EVERYONE, I may be just right around the 190’s!
