Case Closed

Okay, so I had to drive Mike to work today.  I actually woke up at ten and stayed awake.  Yay for me!!  Lol.  I guess that workout and then falling asleep around midnight did me some good.  Maybe I should go to the gym around seven.  Eh, I’ll see how tomorrow goes.  Anyway, I got ten to get gas and then went to the Woodbridge Mall cuz there are these nine pins at Hot Topic of the Fellowship that I want to pick up.  I intended to get them, but ended up looking around some more.

I couldn’t help looking at all the different clothing stores, and seeing the different smaller sizes.  Instead of sighing and figuring they’d never fit me, I looked at them with renewed determination, thinking that in the coming months, I will wear those.  I will be a smaller size, and I’ll look damn good, too.  🙂  I can’t wait till results start showing.  Lol.  I suppose that’s my main problem.  I work out one day and I expect to see results.  Yet all I have is hurt muscles.  I’m gonna keep at this, though.  I’m gonna go through it until I have the body I want.

Anyway.  I wandered through the mall and found two of the cutest keychains at one of those cute little boutique stores.  The Icing, I think.  They’re both turtles, one’s a squishy one and the other is a fuzzy-ish one with glitter on the shell and google eyes.  I also went to Waldenbooks and when I was searching around in the manga, (Japanese graphic novels,) I found the first two volumes of Case Closed, which is this really good story about a guy named Jimmy Kudo who solves mysteries with the police.  But when he follows a man dressed in black and overhears that they’re doing some kind of gun smuggling, they catch him and give him a potion.  It hasn’t been experimented on people before, so when they were expecting it to kill him, it instead transformed his body into that of a six year old.  He’s determined to continue solving crimes and now works with a has-been Private Eye, helping to boost the guy’s reputation in the hopes that eventually Jimmy can find the men in black who did this to him.

I’ve caught some of the shows on Cartoon Network.  That’s how I got interested in it.  He’s basically an anime version of Sherlock Holmes.  Well, now he’s an anime kiddy version of Sherlock Holmes.  I want to read more of it.  Hey . . .

Okay, I’ll write more tomorrow.  Or Saturday, assuming I don’t get on tomorrow after the workout.

Sounds like little clothes are great for your motivation. I used to try to use my smaller clothes as motivation, but they depressed me when they didn’t fit me yet. Guess everyone has different motivating factors. good luck. –Candy

I saw that show! It was kind of nifty, other than he made me feel stupid because I have no idea how in the world he could put together any of those clues like that! LOL! sometimes they were just so off-the-wall! 🙂 But anyway, good luck with exercise! 🙂 Take care 🙂
