Mystery Of The Covered Eye
Maybe this’ll be the title of one of my novels . . . It’s an interesting name, anyway. I can’t help thinking that people do that all the time. They cover their eyes, and of course, when they do that, life will confuse them. Life, or things in general around them become a mystery. God knows it’s happened to me enough times . . .
I don’t know quite what I’m thinking. I want to say that I’m confused, but I’m really not.
Admittedly, I don’t quite know what to think about the fact that Dolly and I are talking again. I mean, it’s strange. For so long, I thought I was nothing to her, and now I find out that she missed me about as much as I’ve missed her. It’s strange . . .
Right now I’m trying to find time to go to the rink with Jason. There aren’t sessions on Monday or Tuesday, Wednesday’s bad for him, there isn’t one on Thursday, and I don’t want to wait until Friday to go up there, but I may have to. Argh. It looks like I have to. Oh, well. Keep the parents happy, wait about a week to go up there, no biggie. And I can finish my novel in the time between now and then. I hope I can anyway. I have a lot to write in a week, considering the whole Satan’s Palace escapade, and Will, and all that. Yeesh. But then, if I get into a writing groove, I can do it.
–Notes–
I can’t wait to get back into the writing groove 🙂 good title…good luck! [Jilliebean]

Um, Kate? Could you maybe NOT bring up the Satan’s Palace thing in a public arena? I’d rather not have my whole emotional breakdown thing rehashed and disected (sp?), etc. w/a ton o’ strangers. In fact, I would rather not be questioning my emotional stability in any way, shape, or form. I’m feelin’ good, now, and I don’t want to dampen that w/bad memories. Please? [HyacatDuncan]
