That’s What Friends Are For

Well, for all of you who have been on the edge of your seats to hear if I’ve written to Dolly . . .  No, I haven’t.  Well, I haven’t sent anything.  Nope.  Tonight, completely on impulse, I did something even better.  I called her.

It was like old times!!  I haven’t talked with her like that in years, literally years!!

Maybe all this whole thing was was a really big chasm that we had to get over, and it just took both of us a bigger amount of time than we anticipated.  I hope so.
