Random Pageant, Round Two

If you could choose any name for yourself, what would it be, and why?

     If I could choose a name for myself, it would be Lynandreth. This is a name I made up for a vampire-oriented story I started writing about two years ago. As for why, I happen to like the name, and I like what I feel the name says about the character. Lynandreth, in my story, is someone who possesses a strong will, and has a strength, and quiet dignity about her. She’ll get flustered, frazzled, confused, all the range of emotions, but in the end, that quiet dignity and sense of strength in herself lead her back to what her heart knows she needs to accomplish.

     I’d want to be called Lynandreth because I, too, would love to possess that kind of quiet dignity and strength that she has.
