 The usual wedding stuff, etc etc.

My best man and I squashed our beef.  He wasn’t seeing what i asked him as me looking for support, which after he did, he said "yeah, whatever you need" .  Communication breakdown, and it’s been resolved, all is well.

Seating charts are a SONUVABITCH.  Unfortunately, necessary, because we went with plated meals.  All settled, but it was a pain in the tits.  Combined with the fact that a lot of our friends are very liberal folks, and a lot of her family are super fox news right-wing nutty types. can’t really set my boss and her wife next to the guy who thinks Glenn Beck has a point.  Also complicated by the fact that yesterday we decided we wanted a bigger dance floor, so we had to squish people into fewer tables, the bigger dance floor took 3 tables away from our group.

Got my tux measurements ready, got placecards started to be being figured out, reception is all billed out and paid for.

big things left to do:

photo booth programming
flower working out stuff
put together groomsmen’s gifts
make card box
meet with the dj
finish the programs
and the big one…
write my vows.  

that last one’s gonna be a bit of a doozy.  HMMMMMMMMM…  almost posted some ideas as to what i might write, but SOMEONE *coughcarolyncough* reads this, so that’d be a bad idea…  

also just sent a bunch of pictures sent to her sister, who’s making the photo slideshow for the rehearsal dinner.  

i’m back to eating well for about a week, and it’s going well, both feeling better and losing weight.  

yeah, that’s all i got, just trying to get through the next 27 days.
