bleh

not feeling well today, had heartburn all day, didn’t sleep well at all.  kept waking up, some bad nightmares.  having a rough time today with the ole self-esteem as well.  *shrug*

the fact that it’s a week until football also sends me into a really deep funk.  my mind won’t stop racing, and today it’s focused on the negative.
