Ah hell
So yesterday I was down to 206 (point 8, but still…) Well, TODAY, I was UP to 208.8. Okay, so I went to the bathroom and lost a pound, lol, I weighed myself after. But I’d already drank some water, so my results were skewed. I probably shouldn’t even REPORT 206 until it’s like 206.2, you know? And I do need to keep up with the water, make sure I wasn’t retaining (shouldn’t be, but you never know!) Oh well, I can still fit into the smaller size jean shorts, so the weight is just a number… I’ve definitely lost inches, I’m sleeping better, and feeling better, and that IS what counts, isn’t it? Not to mention… looking better. Speaking of looking better, DH is down to 189 and he looks HOT. Hot I tell you. Yum. Love that man.
LOL… I am downing water to hydrate to give blood… blood… muhhahahaha…

Oh, they were challenged, but the guy got it on the first stick, and then ragged on the original guy I was assigned to. LOL!! I warned them ALL that it would be a challenge. But that’s ok… Man, I managed 48oz of water in 2 hours, and then had to pee SO bad… lol…

just remember your body fluctuates at least 2 pounds at all times. It goes up and down constantly..

I agree with ya. I noticed that I felt a lot better when I started to lose weight and that overall is what mattered to me the most.
