I need better paper!!!
All right, so this is stupid. Still. I have a few sheets of Valentine’s paper, actually, I have a whole pad of "love" paper, which I have to say, I hate. I think I’ll give it away. I MUST have bought it on sale, maybe I liked it at the time, but I don’t really REMEMBER looking at it… I thought, oh great, I can make a book for Jerry and I (though we rarely take pictures together, must remember to do that.) So I don’t want to use the paper in this pack…better just to keep it intact and give it to someone else. Then, I have an old DCWV (Die cuts with a view… don’t ask, I have NO idea what that means, it’s just the company’s name) Spring paper "Stack" from probably 3 or 4 years ago… and I used the "good" Valentine’s paper last year on my layout. I don’t really like the paper that’s left. It’s "ok" but not… like, wonderful or anything. I want GLITTER. I want some glittery, cute paper that makes me go "Oh, WOW." I didn’t see anything LIKE that the last time I went to the scrap store (herein referred to as the LSS, or local scrap store) Maybe I should go to the OTHER scrap store, and see what they have to offer. Alternatively, I could use the paper I have, and either glitter it up, or use Bling paper, or glitter some accents to put on it. I don’t think I have red glitter though, but that would be easy enough to get from the LSS. I bought purple glitter from Wal mart… but don’t remember if they had red. I shall have to look in my stash of stuff to see if MAYBE I have red sparkly glitter I can use. Oh… or I could use the little mini beads I have for my shaker boxes, with a little super tacky tape to hold it in place. That could certainly work too. Ideas, ideas. I have 12! pictures to scrap for Valentine’s day… I got a lot of good pictures, and representing everyone in my family these days isn’t an easy task. I was looking at my very cute page from last year, and this year I’m going to be hard pressed to come up with something quite as nice. I have some LOVELY pictures. Hm… could get that ink ordered and maybe print out some cute paper that I could then embellish accordingly. My brain is just swimming with ideas.
I think I might have given you that red glittery LOVE stack with that paper in the Christmas stuff. I’m glad you said something before I got you another bag of stuff to go. It’s funny that you’d hate it, though, because usually paper and glitter are the two things I don’t scrimp on…I don’t do much glittery stuff but usually because I don’t like glittery. I think it usually does look gaudy andcheap so when I do find something I want to use, I try to make sure it’s really good quality. You were saying how bad you needed a few things so I was getting you a bag all fixed-up, but rather it end up somewhere else where you hate it, I’ll just donate it to a scrap where a bunch of people get a chance to look at it and whoever likes something can take a little bit here and there. Anyway, I have finally been working on a few pages so I’m glad the girls sounds like they’re doing better. A little less fussy. I’ll probably catch up with you tonight or tomorrow. Take care.

I am so jealous of your talent. Any scrapping that I would do would no doubtedly look as if kindergarteners gone wild had created it…
