NoJoMo Day 7-I don’t know, just stuff I guess

Sammi’s watching PBS kids, Barney just finished, now Calliou is coming on.  Calliou was always Shabree’s favorite, though she did go through a Barney phase.  MY favorite is Word World.  I LOVE that show.  I don’t usually turn on the tv until about 11 a.m. so we typically miss Seasme Street, which is on at 10.  I like PBS, but Word World just tickles me, because of everthing being made out of words, even the characters.  That’s just so cool.  Sometimes instead of Barney, we’ll switch over to Dora.  After an hour, hour and a half, I typically turn off the tv.  It’s not like Sammi needs to be watching a ton of tv, even PBS.  Besides, she just walked in here and now will be playing with the stuff in here, so it’s not like she’s hugely interested in tv…she’d rather hang out with mom, even when mom is on the computer.  I think she brought Kix in here, which would be a no-no.  Yep… I sent her back out to the kitchen.  The tv is viewable from the kitchen, and the breakfast nook.  I’ll put her down for a nap in about half an hour, and probably take a nap myself.  I didn’t go to bed again until 3.  I was going to go earlier, but I caught the Chef Jeff Project on the Food Network, and I wanted to catch this week’s episode before next week comes and it’s gone forever.  They repeat the shows over and over again… for a week.  Then they’re gone.  Though I could see them repeating them again later.  But who knows for sure?  Doggone it.  I had Alex down for a nap on the couch, now I hear her.  Well, she can come take a nap with me.  Oh, I decided to leave her slepeing on the couch last night, and she slept til NINE this morning.  Pure bliss.  I like co-sleeping her, but there are just times when it’s nice to have my space to mysefl and be able to enjoy a nice deep sleep without worry.  We left our door open so we could hear her.  I woke up at 5, pumped, and went back to bed.  Then I didn’t pump again, and intead, fed her at 9 when she got up.  The stuff I’m taking/using to get my milk up is working really well. 

I need to read through all the stuff I got at the Girl Scout orientation last night.  Since I’m doing both a brownie and a junior troop, I am going to have to do two trainings.  I should get signed up for those…sooner rather than later I think.  I need to tell Jerry about them.  They’re 8 hours each.  One is in January, one is in February. 

Jerry came home early today, complaining he doesn’t feel well.  I think he probably went to take a nap… hopefully he doesn’t mind when I go do the same thing.  Funny thing though, he wants to go to the deli tonight to eat "out" and then go grocery shopping, which we really need to do.  i’ve virtually stopped driving since I got my ticket, and I really don’t want to go out to get groceries, so we need them.

I guess I’ll wrap up for now… gotta go get Alex.
