NoJoMo-11/5/08

I got some pictures from my brother today, of my niece and nephew at Halloween.  Yay for that, I’m going to scrapbook them.  I’d love to get these kids together in person, I think my neice and Shabree look a lot alike.  She really takes after our side of the family, I think.  My nephew favors Chaunce just a little.  I wish I had some money to send them a couple of presents.  I’m a doting mom, but I could be a REALLY doting Aunt, lol…

I had asked for the pictures, having sent along a few of my own, to pretty much my entire family. 

So… Obama won.  I was pretty happy about that.  Prop 8 here in California did NOT win, and that made me pretty mad.  It was the proposition that made gay marriage illegal, and I could NOT believe it passed in favor of making it illegal.  Grrr.  Let’s just go back to the dark ages, shall we?

Shabree was asking about her earrings, and I thought the holes were closed, but when I tried to put the earrings in, I was able to, so she still has her holes.  She’s pretty darned excited about this.  I tried to push my holes through, and could not.  I’m sure with a little effort, I can, but it’s probably going to cause them to be red, sore, and eventually have some sort of infection.

I think I am going to work on my scrapbook a bit tonight.  I found a light magenta ink cartridge, which means I can replace it and print some pictures.  YAY!  I am running out of ink carts though.  A trip to Sam’s Club for ink cartridges may be in order…hope they still carry them!  PLEASE!  Either that or I will send the pictures to Wal mart to print… of course, it might help if I scrapped the pictures I do have.  I just have barely any of Alex, and I really want to get started on her album.  Maybe I should just clean in here… so MUCH to do.

Okay, short entry for tonight…short and rambling.  It’s been a day.  Nothing happened, it’s just been a day.  It’s really not good when your 5 month old gets as much sleep as you do.  I swear, she only sleeps when I do!  It’s starting to get annoying!
