Nope, not here yet

I’ve been terribly busy with cleaning the house for the baby shower, my parents and other out of town guests (namely Ellen) being here, visiting, etc, so I haven’t been online much this last week.  Samantha hasn’t yet made her appearance, she’s due on Wednesday, though who knows when she’ll actually show up?  I’m kind of hoping she’ll wait a few days, but the contractions have been getting stronger, so I suspect she’ll be here pretty soon.  The contractions kept waking me up last night, along with having to use the bathroom, of course.  Ellen gave me about 20 GB of songs, but they’re on my iPod, and I can’t find my iPod cable.  I’ve looked everywhere I could think it might be, and it just isn’t anywhere to be found.  I hope I find it as I clean, or maybe when we move, but I sure would like to have those songs sooner rather than later, so maybe I’ll just buy a new one.  I never mind having multiple cables, because I have multiple computers, and I’m ALWAYS misplacing the darn cables anyway. 

Well, my presence in the kitchen is being requested to get some dinner on the table (leftovers) so I guess I will have to cut this short.  I mainly just wanted to say, no baby yet.  I’ll do my best to keep things posted.
