The girls are due home anytime now…

I’m sitting here babysitting my wishblade.  I’ve been struggling for half the day to come up with a "topper" for a Pinocchio swap I’m in.  I can’t get the wishblade to cut properly to save my life, but when I tried printing it, I hated it, so am going back to wrestling with the wishblade.  Half the problem is that it’s a Bazzill swap (it’s a kind of paper) and the wishblade HATES to deal with Bazzill.  It’s just too thick for it.  I think I want to get a different (better) machine, but of course, I need to get the money first.  I thought about selling on Ebay, but I have never had the guts to do that, yet.

Man, what IS it with this thing I’m trying to cut?  The machine is just going crazy as it gets to the end of it.  I keep trying different things, but I swear, I’m just wasting expensive paper.

The girls should be walking in the door just about now.  Shabree has been playing outside off and on, riding her bike, looking at snails…not sure where the snails came from, may have to do something about them…. yucky things anyway.

What else is going on?  LOL… did I mention I’d gained 8 pounds?  I about freaked when I saw that, though I am pretty much right on for weight gain… but it’s almost all because of the ice cream and candy I can’t seem to stay away from.

The girls got home, they brought us suckers…yum.  I REALLY need to get out for a walk later today… hopefully I can get these toppers done first… please, oh please!  I will work on the swap tomorrow as well, and HOPE I can finish it up, because Jerry is trying not to work on Saturday, which means if he’s home, I won’t get any scrapbooking done, and I really need to mail these out tomorrow, Sat at the latest, anyway.  They’re due at the end of the month.

My ears itch.  I probably need to go clean them out.

Wow, I’m just on a ramble today, aren’t I?  I can’t think of anything interesting to write, it seems.  It’s been go-go-go lately…yesterday I took Kim to her doctor’s appt, and she needed to be picked up, so I went to Wal mart and spent 112 dollars, and I can’t even really say on what!  I did buy Jerry a birthday present, but ended up giving it to him last night!  He tells me he wants a juicer… probably the biggest ticket item he’s ever asked for.  I am sure I can do it, no problem, but I have to find the right one, because it’s GOT to be heavy duty.  I kind of want one of those 400 dollar ones you find at home shows, that’d be ideal.  He wants the one they sell at Costco every once in awhile… probably the same kind of deal… like the pots and pans I wanted in December, he didn’t get them for me that day, and that was the ONLY day you could get them so I had to "settle" for circulon…which are ok, but not exactly what I wanted.  So I want to get him a really GOOD juicer.

Shabree’s tongue is green… but then, mine is purple.  The suckers turned them colors.  It was quite tasty, but like I said, I probably need to take a walk later, and see if I can’t exercise off some of these extra calories I’ve been taking in with all the SUGAR I’ve been eating, and DON’T NEED!!!!!!!

Sydni’s homework is a complete mess, with pieces missing… I can’t give her the practice spelling test.  So in her infinite wisdom, she has headed back to the school to see if her teacher can help her out, but an hour after school lets out, the teacher is NOT going to be there, but Sydni is convinced, so I let her go.  I’m sure Jerry would have a cow.  Becca is doing her homework.   I’m just waiting for this wishblade to cut YET AGAIN…. 3rd time’s the charm, right?  Hopefully it’ll cut all the way through this time and allow me to peel off the stickers so I can make these toppers already.  I should have worked on other stuff.

I’ve decided to make lasanga for dinnner… now’s a good time to start it, since it takes 2 hours in the oven.  I’m already hungry though.

Well, I guess I’ve rambled enough… time to post, and go put the lasanga in the oven.

Oooh, can I come over for dinner, because that sounds AWESOME. I am so hungry… can you tell? ryn: Toy is doing a lot better since he has been home. We still have the occasional fights lately, but nothing nearly as bad and serious as before. I know personally, I am very stressed with everything on my plate right now, and everything is just setting me off.

Lasagna is my favorite food to make. Its hard to make just a little bit tho and it ends up in the fridge forever. I cannot for the life of me picture what the heck a wishblade is….sounds like a magical mideval weapon.
