Praying lol

So I passed my assessment test for the job. That’s good news. My next step was to schedule my phone interview, which has been done. I’ve read over the job description pdf they sent (which I’m going to print out) and am in the process of preparing myself for the phone interview on Thursday morning, as well as the potential in-person interview I could (and hope to) get. It’s another call center, but it’s better than where I am. Plus my skills won’t be utilized here at my current job. I feel I’d be in a better position to help people at this potential job, than I am now. I’m all about good customer service! My job needs lessons in that lol. I’d like to treat people the same way I’d like to be. That’s how I handled calls at my last cal center job. So we’ll see, but in the mean time I’m praying and preparing.

Still plan to enroll in school too, soon as I can.
