When I was reading my friend’s blog the other day, I saw there was a link to another blog and the blog name is called Jade. Wondering if it was the artist Jade Kwan or not, I quickly clicked on the link to see what is going on.

Wow, it was really a blog of Jade Kwan, the singer I like. I never imagine singers do have their own blogs on the net even the newspapers said they do.  Do they have time to write their blogs? Or their assistants just help them to write? I think maybe it is the music company’s policy to build up blogs for the singers so that they can write things there and have photos to share with their fans. There are some pictures in Jade’s blog and she had written some of her feelings. I am a bit surprised coz I never think she, as an artist, has free time or such a leisure writing mood to do that.

Anyway, I am happy to find her blog and to know some of her feelings from her words even though she doesn’t write much. Having interesting to know other artists’ lives, I start to search for their blogs. I found the Miriam’s blog which does not have much to update, maybe she is a busy person, or maybe she doesn’t really like writing.

But I found a very good blog from a female artist called Lily. She is not a singer but she shares the same music company as Jade and there was a link in Jade’s blog, bringing me to Lily’s blog. In Lily’s blog, she mentioned about her husband Ah Lo and her two kids and her life. She talks about her family and her trips and she has pictures most often. I pretty like her blog, I think it is the kind of blog that we like to read, update frequently, have pictures and she really mentions about her daily life just like you and me. She doesn’t sound like a person on TV. She seems so real in her blog.

After all, I think internet is really a good invention. It can really shorten the distance between people. Fans can read their idols’ blogs and strangers can become friends. But if you just keep using internet all day, then it will make the distance between you and your family longer and longer. Think about how you feel if you have a husband or a wife surfing on the net all day but never having a chance to talk to you. Every night after work, he or she is just surfing on the net, he or she even doesn’t know when you have gone to sleep. What a pity!
